Return policy
RETURN POLICY
The return policy of the seller, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has physically taken possession of the goods or of the last good, in the case of a contract for several goods which the consumer has ordered with a single order and which are delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to benefit from a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition as you received it, neither worn nor used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of your receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request within the specified period will not be accepted.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Bodhy of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-address "contact@bodhystore.com".
You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive the exchanged item.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Send us an e-mail at contact@bodhystore.com
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
If your return request is accepted by the seller, we will send you instructions on where to send the package.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused. If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay. If you've taken all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at: contact@bodhystore.com Sale or promotional items (where applicable) Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
EXCHANGES (if applicable) We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@bodhystore.com
GIFTS If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
