How long does it take to deliver your products?

We take 3 working days to process your order and 7 to 12 working days to deliver it, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once you have ordered a product, you will receive a shipping confirmation (2 to 3 days). To track your order, enter your order number and email address. It may take some time to update.

What happens if my order is missing items?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order should arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We're very sorry about this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to contact@bodhystore.com and we'll send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipments sometimes take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and see its status at any time.
